Scott White is the President & CEO of the Greater Palm Springs Convention & Visitors Bureau. The Greater Palm Springs CVB is the tourism sales and marketing organization for the Coachella Valley, representing all nine cities. Tourism generates over $6.4 billion annually to the local economy. White came to the CVB following four years as the Executive Director of the San Antonio Convention & Visitors Bureau, San Antonio, Texas, and eight years at the Greater Phoenix Convention & Visitors Bureau. He began his hospitality career in the hotel industry, including nine years with Renaissance Hotels. Scott serves on the Governing Board for the Desert Regional Medical Center, Chairman of the California Travel Association Board of Directors and serves on the Chairman’s Circle for the U.S. Travel Association.

A native of California, he is married to Rachel, and they have a chocolate lab named Bella.
